All product specifications are for reference. Final specifications are confirmed in the pro-forma invoice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Payment terms: T/T or L/C as agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms as agreed per order. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm.

5. Warranty

Warranty scope, claim evidence, remedies and any wear-life commitment are defined in the quotation, purchase specification and agreed order terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes subject to CIETAC arbitration.
